I could attest that this is a fun little bike! You guys need a vid for adjusting chain tension on this bike, because there's no info on it in the user manual. It seems a fairly straightforward affair on the original Lite, but this 2.0 version with it's multiple screws seems a bit more involved.
Excellent instructional video for a newbie. I just finished the assembly.. haven't taken my first ride, and have a "newbie" question. When using the throttle, do the pedals rotate? Can the rider boost speed while on throttle mode by pushing the pedals? I don't want to damage my rig playing with the controls...
Hey there! That is a great question. While using the throttle the pedals do not move unless you are pedaling. You can pedal while using throttle which if you are pedaling fast enough you can boost the throttle speed.
Thank you for this informational video. Only question I have is regarding putting on the chain guard. Was my bike supposed to come with a crank puller tool?
I had bike shop install the belt guard cause i didnt have tools he put it on without removing anything i came here cause i dont think he did it right is it possible to put that on right without removing anything? I told him i had a video but he didnt watch it i just didnt understand all the tools to do it myself

Pretty sure it's a long range battery issue because all the other 2.0 XP are available to ship but when I click on long-range battery I have to wait a month. You guys should send me my bike with the stock battery. And then send me the long range battery whenever you get it for the inconvenience
Please do an updated video to program defaults settings for the XP Lite 2.0 your other videos are outdated for the new models. I need help in the P22 setting which your older videos don’t show and explain.

No, our bikes don't ship with a crank puller.
Does the bike come with a torque wrench?
No, it does not.

Just ordered my JW long range. 8/21/24. Due to be shipped week of 9/23/24. I'm guessing there's a shortage of long range batteries.
We currently have a few shortages but we are hoping to have everything sorted in the next month! 🙂
@@LectriceBikes hoping? That scares me.

If it helps your anxiety, it took a two full months for my "pre-order" to arrive & it was worth the wait!

Great idea! We will see what we can do! 🙌

I'm not handy at all so don't have any of these tools other than a box cutter & isopropyl alcohol. Where would I get these?
