Wow this is a spacious apartment. How many square feet? Having A washer/dryer in unit game changer. What a spacious closet and Bathroom. The kitchen is bigger than mine. Also, your windows are so large, is there an outside Terrance/Balcony/Porch area ?
i believe the space was 750-850 square ft! it was $100 cheaper than get a unit 200-300 sq ft smaller, with an actual bedroom. it worked out nicely. I ended up moving out due to mold. so short lived! it did have a patio but it was in everyones view so i didnt use it much.
The way that apartment is designed, it’s odd they didn’t make it a 1bedroom. I love the light floors and ceiling height.
