As someone who is also a born and bred Angeleno, I’m impressed by the size of your place along with its parking, exercise rooms, mega storage, dishwasher, in unit laundry, outside space & 2 closets, one of which is a walk in. $2500 is definitely not a crazy amount for all of that. A steal really. Assuming you’re an art major because you’re clearly quite talented. As a single woman living alone, just keep your security in mind, although your last name has been shared.
