As a Millennial who turned 40 this year, I feel this song. Yes, our clothes are now trendy because we never threw them away. We took the kids to the pool & started nodding our heads to the Pearl Jam on the speakers….then the song ended & we heard “you’re listening to the 90s at 9 on 94.9”. Nothing makes you feel old like hearing the songs from high school on the local Oldies station…. Thanks for the laughs Penn & Kim!

I'm 32 and started running during the pandemic, and it's only been in this last year that I discovered what a runner's hangover is. Didn't have it when I started a few years ago, and I was really bad about bringing water out with me running. I'd be fine the next day, now when I do my long runs on Saturdays I'm still feeling the run on Monday where I feel like my head is still in a vice. Just wtf?! Also, I might need to get one of those massage guns for after my runs.
A tip for avoiding back pain after 30, core work. I know it sounds silly, but long car or plane trips used to mess up my back. I've been focusing on core work for my runner's knee and it's also helped address my back pain for those long trips. But I do keep a lot of pain meds and having to discover new things for my body deciding to fall apart on me.
