Additionally, the song that brought Serbia first place in 2007 was stolen from Azerbaijani composer Alihan Samedov's song "Nerede kaldın".

Yeah, I can agree on that. There are still a lot of differences. But the similarities are still quite easy to notice, which of course does not mean that the song should be disqualified.

Rubbish. Verse ending with woah is an old hippie formula from the 60's, hundreds, maybe thousands of songs had so structured parts. The same was carried through the 70's by glam rock bands and then again used by hundreds or better thousands hard rock, hair metal performers in their songs in the 80's. It's ridiculous how frequently it was used in the 80's, to such a degree that it was disgusting to hear it over and over again. Your knowledge of modern music starts with Pain? You're embarrassing yourself.
They also said that Rim tim tagi dim is a plagiarism of Rammstein. Rammstein made a cover of the song Rim Tim...They don't consider that song to be plagiarism!

Do you know how music is today composed? Never heard about music platforms where you can buy sounds and rythm beats from another authors or AL? You buy and then you create your song..This basic rythm sequence can be sold many times. You don't have licence on it. You must create yourself something new and then you can use it also for commercial purpose. That's happend with DJ espectro..He bought the same sequence as Baby Lasagna...

The other part of Baby Lasagna's song, which is not painfully similar to Pain's song, is clearly "Espectro" by Adrian de la Vega DJ. Still, Baby Lasagna claims that he wrote his song. It wouldn't have mattered who wrote the (two parts of the) song(s), if they would've been legally acquired, the names of the real composers mentioned and would've especially not been previously released, which is a breach of ESC rules.
