In practice, the officers will pretend not to know what you are talking about. They will claim not to have access to documents you were asked to upload and will ask you to upload again and again. It's a well-rehearsed game geared towards getting you to fork over thousands of dollars to get that piece of paper. If you don't pay, they do not play. These government employees do not earn a living wage. Corruption is how they make it to the end of the month.

Kenya seems more like another Nigeria where for no apparent reasons other than probably curruption and economic sabotage, they make obtaining things, particularly documents to wich you're entitled as a citizen, unnecessarily difficult. That being said, living in Kenya for foreign investment doesn't seem to to me like one of the best alternatives compared with the ease of starting and doing business in Rwanda. This isn't my first time of seeing a RUclips video about beaurocracy in Kenya. The last thing I want is to leave Nigeria in West Africa and then end up in another Nigerialike nation in East Africa where making things unnecessarily difficult to obtain probably seems to the authorities like a well regulated system, when indeed it's an indication of a currupt system, incompetency, non chalant attitude for work and inefficiency

It seems more like she's here for specifically Westerners rather than for everyone who's interested in migrating to Kenya. This doesn't seem like the type of Channel that'll get a thumbs up from me, how much more a subscription

I opened a company in Rwanda a few months ago, literally had my documents in less than 24 hours, would have been less (6hrs) had I been in the country

When you leave every 3 months….do you think leaving for a day or two is good enough? For example, going next door to Tanzania then coming back.
