no its Polythylene, there is no cooling fan in it. It is hot in there at some points but not really, I have a few things to do with it foaming the inside for more supports and better vision but it is still a nice costume ^,^
And yes I bought this one on ebay for 375 bucks, The left paw was missing but it isn't too hard to sew another one, when it is finally done ill post another video of it
