Trying to repair my curly hair cut damage with a wet hair cut...

This gotta be the last time I cut my hair this year....whew...
Today I visited a local salon to try to start cutting off my damaged split ends that I think was caused due to curly hair cutting. My stylist commented on the amount of split ends that I had in addition to how dehydrated my ends were.
She took off quite a bit of ends, so hopefully we can see a difference in the way my hair styles and begin the process of growing my hair back to the length that I would like.
