I've just recently bought a D'Angelico Atlantic Limited Edition, so I thought it would be a perfect time to jam out on some blues and show you what it can do! I'm loving the guitar so far and I hope you enjoy the video :) Stay safe everyone!

Hi mate, your playing is so inspiring! I've been playing a while and I'm at a decent level of improvising but I feel like I need to take it to the next level, kind of getting a little stale with the similar licks etc, do you have any recommendations on videos to watch or something to look into to learn to play the right notes over the right chords?
Also, are there any particular things that you have learnt on your journey that you feel took your playing to the next level? what's your theory knowledge like? do you think that's super important?

Don't know if you still need it but learning the song Out of Reach and just messing with its licks has just unlocked that new stage in improv for me where everything clicks. Best of luck to you and anyone else doing blues improv. When it goes right the world feels perfect and the high from it never gets duller. Keep playing my friends. We all got the blues, some of us just don't feel it yet.

We had that top of the line JVM at the store where I worked, and with four channels with three voicings on each, I could not make any of the twelve sound bad, no matter how hard I tried. It's one of the best amps of all time IMO.
