They look wonderful! One thing that has helped me with gilding and containing the mess.... You can either use a big garbage bag to guild on top of or inside of. Or a large tupperware container with a snapping lid. Both the bag and the container will hold a static charge and therefore the guilding mess will be contained. Takes a little trial and error to find what works best for you. I've also done it in the bathtub, because if the tub has a bit of moisture on it..... The gold foil bits wont fly around everywhere.... it just sticks to the bathtub and can be rinsed down afterwards 😂

If you ever make any more badges in the future ( or get anything else small and detailed 3d printed ) I would see if your local 3d printer has resin 3d printing, since it will negate the fine 3d printing lines with out needing to sand SUPER tiny details like these had, just a thought! :3
