Hello Yudi. I have scheduled a VISA interview for STEM designated Master of science in accounting (One year) at University of Missouri-Kansas city. The cost in I-20 is 48000 USD after 8000 USD scholarship. I have applied with my dependants (dependent have F4 petition). Please advise me some strategies.

This can get tricky due to dependents having pending green card petitions. It’s difficult to advise via comment, but you should proceed with caution and expect a wide range of questions about your circumstances from the consular officer. I suggest booking a one on one in your case.
Hi, I have 6 years of working experience in public sector bank in India and I have done BBA MBA in India. I am applying for H1 b visa for technical jobs mainly analytics. I did master in business analytics in India but it was certifications course only not masters, to qualify for tech jobs here. Is it enough or any chances I got rejected bcz I don't have any tech experience or degree?

No it won't impact your F1. You are fine.
Doesn't matter. Only matters if you have applied for a GC. H1B does not matter.

Do you mean you have already been selected for h1b lottery?
