    We were in Moncton two springs ago and were on that bridge looking at the mud. Hats off to you even trying to get into the flow!

    I know the exact feelings you were having about catching the wave. It's funny what the 1 wave pressure can do to your mind. We miss you guys!

      Miss you guys too! I’m so bummed we were there on a full/new moon videos I saw were much different in size. I know you had a good one in Alaska, maybe one day we’ll make it up there. Hope to see you guys soon 🤞🏻

    Surprise video! I was watching your channel when you uploaded. You’re much too hard on yourself. That was totally out of your control and you now know to catch a full moon! Taylor as usual is amazing! Way to stay over so you can try again!Also, you guys said you’re van build 1.0 was bad? That’s the most informative and thorough van build I’ve seen. I still watch it and will use your designs 1 and 2.0!
    Wyatt’s getting big. My wife and I can’t get enough of him. Lol. Awesome video!

      It was tough knowing we missed a full moon by a week! Taylor really is amazing, I'm so lucky! Thank you about the van build series! VBS 1.0 is a little dry haha we were still learning...heck we're still learning who am I kidding! Thank you for watching!!!

    Looks like you surfed "a" wave & the mud, as I learned, is hard to escaped from....so....you win.

    What no 3rd attempt? “The 3rd time is always a charm”! 😂
    AWESOME! Best video since Breckenridge… when you called out your hesitant mates for not heading to the top!
    We can’t wait for your Baja adventure… curious to see what places you get to experience!
    Gotta give this episode of van life ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️! 😎

      haha Thanks Lee! Unfortunately attempts = days and we didn't have enough time.
      Also, I'd would want to wait for a full moon tide next time for the bigger wave!

    Ha!! Sweet! I live 2 hours from Moncton. It's so muddy because its clay. 🎉

  • @Thelittlethingsoflife

    This is indeed where the highest tides in the world are on the waters fed by the Bay of Fundy.
    Definitely be out at least 30 min ahead of the scheduled time. It could be 30 min before or after.
    Glad you got a second shot at it but sorry it was such a small wave that day. Still not many places in the world have a tidal bore so it was still cool to get to do it.
    I’m going to check out your Hopewell Rocks vid and see what you thought.

    Hey man you got out there. I live in Riverview across the river and I surf but would never attempt to surf that little wave. It’s very inconsistent. And if you miss there is no other pitch 😀Great images of the water front tho. Great place to bike walk skate eat or just hangout.

    • @Dstinii
      @Dstinii 2 месяца назад +1

      Yeah, growing up in Moncton we are told as children never to go near the river, the mud, never. It'll suck you in, we are warned. And that water flows faster than you think.

    The tidal bore is only really impressive during a super moon tide it can be 6 feet or more during that time

  • @LAZER_DUDE
    @LAZER_DUDE 10 месяцев назад +1

    Holy shit, I've never heard of anyone ever trying to surf that. The tidal bore is nothing but a shitty wave. Highest tides in the world but they don't come in like a massive wave. Rad attempt tho. Hilarious.

    • @LAZER_DUDE
      @LAZER_DUDE 10 месяцев назад

      Also the tidal bore comes in stronger outside Turo Nova Scotia the Moncton.
