The new video isn't bad but when you guys point something out, like the grind adjustment lever, I'd like to see a shot of what you guys are pointing out/looking at.
I know people move on and things change but, the old way you did videos was my favorite of all the coffee reviewers vids out there,SCG was my favorite. Why? I loved the humor, the chemistry that Kat and Gail had. The videos were entertaining and informative all at the same time. To me, that is what made your vids stand out above the rest. I'm not saying you guys have to try to replicate what Kat brought to the table.I'm not sure that is possible if you tried. The new videos have gone down a notch. I'll still watch and you guys are still my favorites but it is a little sad and just missing that spark that added a smile to my day.Wish you guys the best just wanted to throw out my 2 cents.

Hey guys, can you make another review on the Breville BES870 Barista Express, I now thay you make one some time ago, but it was cinda all over the place, regarding the opuration on the mechine. The espresso can be a little weak if you pull a double. The trick is to pull two single shots to get a good strength. It may not be as hot as other machines but it still has a good taste. - Steven
Hello Mike Dizon, The Delonghi PrimaDonna Exclusive does not make exceptionally hot milk. It produces comparable, maybe even a little less hot, milk than most superautomatics. - Sarah
Seattle Coffee Gear I'm confused. I recently spoke with Chris at your office. He indicated that this machine makes the hottest drinks. Which superautomatic makes the hottest drinks?
Anthony Marino My apologies for the confusion. Most superautomatics are very comparable when it comes to the temperature of automatic milk frothing. Chris is very knowledgable and assists people every day on selecting the perfect espresso machine for their needs. Chris and I may have experienced slightly different outcomes, as the milk does tend to get a little hotter after making a drink or two. However, Chris is very knowledgable and I would definitely trust him to help you find the perfect machine. Please give him or another one of our awesome customer service/sales associates a call to better assist you. ~ Sarah

WARNING dont buy it they have a fault with the milk container they last 3 months and wear out on my 6th one in 1 and half years,they know about it and are doing nothing at £38 for a new one coffee never been so expensive, great coffee when it works very disapointed

Does the "water wand" do just that? Hot water for tea?

Can you manual froth the milk? Does it have steam option to manual froth milk?
