Lets look at how the Decepticon army often forms smaller groups and factions for a variety of missions. In this vid we got the insecticons, the scavengers, the demolition team, firecons, the destroids and many many more.
The video ended up being over 70 minutes long so I had to split it into three parts.

The thing about Leozack and Hellbat was that Leozack was effectively Deathsaurus' Starscream, and Hellbat is Leozack's Starscream. What I mean was that Leozack was trying to coup Deathsaurus away, and Hellbat tries to coup Leozack away.
And what’s surprising is that Deathsaurus is aware that Leozack is the Starscream in their dynamic.

Context for the Phase Sixers:
There's this thing called the Infiltration Protocol. It's a set of rules on how Decepticons conquer a world. Earlier phases involve sneaking into the planet and turning the inhabitants against each other, and later phases involve the Decepticons finally getting some action. Phase Six is the last phase, it pretty much meant the end of the world.
Conjecture: If the Infiltration Protocol had been followed, Phase Sixers shouldn't need to exist. Phase Sixers exist because, in my humble opinion, the Decepticons sometimes want to head straight to the last phase of said Protocol.

I made my own fan made decepticons team with some obscure caracters like (magnificus) vich is the black decepticon repaint of perceptor and the team scyentist. (flatline) the decepticon medic vho believed that everione desrved to be cured even autobots. (tryggerhappy) the team weapon Specialist. (barricade)and (Soundwave) wich stopped believing in to megatron peace to tiranny strategy.

Nevertheless, they were members of the first incarnation of Strika's Heavies. In IDW 2019, there was a conflict called "War of the Threefold Spark". The background is that Exarchon was corrupted during his travels and could corrupt and control the Sparks of other Cybertronians even if his actual body was destroyed. This led to an invasion against Cybertron, in which the inhabitants of Cybertron (including Cyclonus, Megatron, Ultra Magnus, Strika, Pyra Magna and Dai Atlas) opposed Exarchon and his allies. This was at a time before Ascenticons and The Rise (which would both merge into the Decepticons). Later, there was a second incarnation of Strika's Heavies, which included Apeface, Lugnut and Snaptrap.
