@@oldsouthernpine same exact way with my Toffee. She was a stray when she went to shelter. Love at first sight when I saw her!! And you’re right - don’t know who rescued who but I don’t care! Much like Fiona, Toffee is definitely in her loving, forever home! Oh and I spoil the heck out of her! She deserves it (well they all do)!!!

Wow I really like that tent- like merging the western outfitter tent with the teepee hot tent. A lot of space in there. Happy bday to the pups. How long is that chimney? I have a 6' but would probably need longer I am thinking.

Many of us newbies do not know how to attach the guidelines. Is this something you can show us if we are in a bad situation? Isn't the stove way too close to the bed? The Tent looks Flimsy like if a wind or snow comes would not survive
Thank you so much for the birthday wishes for Fiona! I’m so glad you like the videos! Camping does not need to be expensive. It’s really all just about getting outside and enjoying the outdoors! Yes, some brands are much more expensive than others, but you don’t always need to use the most expensive gear out there! I’ve spent years outside with little more than a blanket and some fire starter. As to the guy lines, I can absolutely show more in depth how to attach them and will plan that for a future video! For the stove, I have it placed about 1.5-2’ from the air mattress. The stove is titanium so it disperses heat quickly and that’s plenty far enough distance. Even if you have a steel stove, 2-2.5’ is plenty (in my experience, but always check the manufacturer recommended details). I’ve tested this tent out in wind, snow and rain. If you guy out the lines properly, it will hold up well in some pretty extreme weather. Thank you again, for watching and reaching out! If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
