It's good that LVL's able to laugh about it all. I lost my patience, if I ever had any to begin with, a long time ago :))) I'm just bored with any kind of "anti-vegan arguments" at this point. .... Awesome interview. I have similar experience when it comes to my ulcerative colitis. Symptom free and medicine free. If one eat for longevity one will heal the body. David Sinclair eats a plant based diet. Protein intake should not be more than 0.8 grams per kg body weight according to Valter Longo, if more than that then the chance of cancer increases. High carb diets for the win! The most important aspect is to not hurt animals though, respect all sentinent life will to live!

    I am in total remission from Crohn's from a mainly meat diet. I would not even consider going back to a significant amount of plants. EVERYONE that goes 100% ruminant meat gets remission. The other things to consider are to eliminate common food intolerances like egg whites, dairy (especially lactose but many people also suspect the casein), sea-food, grains, and virtually all food additives. Can try adding them back in one at a time very gradually.

    • @VeganLinked
      @VeganLinked  Год назад +6

      Your minuscule anecdotal grotesque nonsense is completely unnecessary, dumb, deadly and destructive. "switching to a plant-based diet has been shown to achieve far better outcomes than those reported on conventional treatments in both active and quiescent stages in both Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis." "It would seem clear that treatment based on treating the cause of the disease is optimal."
      "We know “[a] diet consisting of whole grains, legumes, fruits, and vegetables has been shown to be helpful in the prevention and treatment of heart disease, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, gallbladder disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and many cancers." So trying to fix your problem with a long list of other problems that you're not protecting yourself from and you're going to more than likely increase your risk for is dumb. So you're consuming body parts, organs and secretions unnecessarily which is of course sadistic, grotesque and completely unsustainable.

    • @VeganLinked
      @VeganLinked  Год назад +6

      The Kick-Ass cool guy in his video you're commenting on resolved his Crohn's going a whole food plant-based. I bet you could have to but you chose the dumb, deadly and destructive route

  • @camkennison2279
    @camkennison2279 Год назад

    Positive and negative selection pressures throughout our evolutionary history have shaped our digestive system, organ systems, and metabolic systems in specific ways. That is why you can't compare meat eating to other atrocities carried out historically by humans. There is an inherent evolutionary design within our genome to function optimally. Just like all mammals on earth, there is an optimal human diet for all human beings. Unfortunately for vegans, that diet is a carnivorous one.

    • @VeganLinked
      @VeganLinked  Год назад +3

      Then why are the vegans outperforming the carnivores in every way? We have the science on our side, we have more doctors, we have more sophisticated portfolios of evidence, we have more elaborate longstanding treatment centers, we have multi-generational vegans, we have logic and ethics on our side and sustainability and we're not fostering zoonotic diseases all you have is death, disease, and destruction. Carnivorism is dumb deadly and destructive. It's not even carnivore,it's more necrovore than carnivore since you're not doing the killing you're more like a vulture eating like a scavenger.

    • @VeganLinked
      @VeganLinked  Год назад +3

      All you have are morons going around with their nonsense shallow perspectives and mere everyday anecdotes that every failed diet in history has, carnivore has the same attributes of every failed fad diet. No science on its side just pathetic anecdotes of people wanting good news about bad habits and hoping for some sustainable resolve to whatever they're struggling with so they jump into some elimination that direction and carnivore is the dumbest direction to turn for sure. It's like oh you have an option you can eat plants and all their beautiful amazing abundance between tens if not hundreds of thousands available options for a sophisticated pallet or you can try to sustain off of necrotic petrifying body parts, organs and secretions. Why would you prefer a future of concentrated animal feeding operations and slaughter houses over food forest and greenhouses? Why do you choose such a psychopathic direction? Do you know what a zoosadist is? Do you not realize the most violent people enjoy hurting animals and for you to eat them you must be not much different
