I'm amazed at the beautiful food that Puy and her family make with one burner. It all looks healthy and delicious. Nothing packaged in sight. Everything is fresh. It must be really spicy but it would be worth coughing while you make it. I wish that Puy would show us a couple of simple recipes so that we could follow along and make it ourselves.
