This is an amazing video with an incredible human being and taken by an incredible human being as well. I see a lot of people criticizing this. I am always amazed at the propensity to just complain about people who create and actually do something.
I was fortunate to meet Daryl and speak with him at a show a few years ago. I have the utmost respect for him both in his professional and personal standards. Wilson Audio is truly in great hands with Daryl and his team bringing excellence in everything they produce.
Great interview (background music not needed!). Engineering companies of excellence and integrity are the backbone of our industry and hobby. Without them there is nothing but hype. There are not many of them and Wilson Audio is one of the pinnacles globally.
Fascinating interview, Adrian. I really enjoyed this being an owner of Wilson Alexia's. I love this company and what it produces, and David is a real Class Act. I'm sure his father is looking down upon him very proud. But those two Shiners on the left side of his head were very distracting. I have a distinct lack of hair myself, and I know a small bump can create a lump like that. I hope it didn't hurt too much, David. Great interview Adrian you could really see that David was at ease with you. I look forward to seeing what David and his team are going to come up with for the 50th anniversary.🎧😁👍
Thanks Adrian, another neat video. I ask myself whether the described incremental steps can still be enough in the long run (and to justify the leaps of prices vs the drop of pre-owned value), considering how technology and competition are smart and accelerated. My pair of Sasha DAW is great, but I am not sure my next pair will be from the same brand
I hope this is not improper to ask. You voice is especially boomy in this video and I was wondering does it not bother you at all? As an audiophile even? And another thing. This is a video media and static portraits of an interviewee belong elsewhere. I imagine you surely had opportunities during this visit to film something interesting. I for example would love to see the near-field listening room Mr. Wilson was talking about. My remarks above are all meant with good intentions.
Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately there is a lot in the factory that I cannot show for proprietary reasons, and the areas that I could include have been done by other visitors before. This video was primarily about some of the background of the company's history, their philosophy and the amazing V material
Speaker driver is most important part that Wilson Audio can NOT make them in house . Their driver is made by ScanSpeak from Denmark. They build only box .

Very nice interview, love his passion and his dedication of keep his fathers dreams a legacy alive.

Wooooow, impressive video. I've always dreamed of owning a pair of Wilsons, I'm hoping for a pair of Sasha DAW maybe next year.
Great interview, great insight into the company.
I am a big fan of Wilson Audio. I have a pair of Alexia 2's for 2 years, and they are easily the best speakers I have ever owned.
Great leadership case study for HBR !!!
Thanks for this great video. Daryl is just a awesome guy!
You're welcome!

what speaker Co. would you be looking at?

He can not do it right , so unprofessional guy 😢

Daryl and Adrian would be my 2 favourite Bosses or people to work with. It is amazing what they do in this industry. Both in their own way.
Thanks for the kind words
Wow. Well done!
Hi, will there be the Yvette V?
Proud owner of Sasha DAW looking for a pair of Alexia 2 next. I love the Wilson line.
As usual great video. But the background music is very irritating and makes listening fatiguing
Dude really loves himself. But super interesting video!
WoW, talk about a corporate stuffed shirt. Interesting video sort of.
Sounds like a marketing guy who fell into the roll of CTO and trying to solve engineering problems he does not really understand.

They build only box .
Tell us that you don't understand speaker design without saying that you don't understand speaker design.
True. There are brands who make their own superb drivers. Like zeta zero or zellaton
Their drivers are designed by them, and built by other companies. You cannot buy Wilson drivers from ScanSpeak
One of the most overrated speakers ever.
Wilson is Vilip's favorite brand. 🥲
Come back Vilip! We miss you bruh!
