Great sounding bass! The click track makes the song (and all songs) sound very stale. There is no feel or groove. It's a shame so many songs are recorded this way.
@@sa123siidd I don't mean the sound of it, but playing to a metronome leaves no room for variance of the tempo. It makes it less human sounding, and more machine sounding. If you listen to any live performance of most genre's who use real musicians, there will be variance of tempo. With the exception of synth pop of the 80's, most recordings prior to 2000 had more feel.
@@treed873 Couldn't agree more with you sir. As a musician, I also thinks that the click track limitates our sound and perception in music, which brings this whole "machine sounding" vibe. Of couse it can be a really useful resource in presentations, but overall i don't really like playing with it in my ears. I mean, the whole interaction with other members in the band feels awkward.
