I do like Rotella T6 5w-40 it is amazing oil for the price if your a stunt rider and want to change your oil every 1000 miles I would use Rotella T6 5w-40 pure synthetic oil and its for wet clutches. But me I will stick with Amsoil and I put a couple Squeezes of Lucas pure synthetic stabilizerI in with the Amsoil. I am a street rider and track rider Myself..

You cannot use automobile engine oil in your motorcycle, you will most certainly burn up your clutch. Motorcycle oils do not have friction modifiers unlike car oil. Only use motorcycle oil in your bike.
People have been running Mobil one in Honda gold wings and st1100, and 1300’s since the 1990’s without any clutch issues. Some auto engine oils do harm clutches that is a fact!
@@Cameraworksltd yea that’s what I said! I said a specific oil and even specific bikes. Learn to understand what you read! I know this is old but Wow! I can't believe Mobil 1 5W-30 is in this list and it's the only non-motorcycle oil. 5W-30 is an "Energy Conserving" oil that most late model owners manuals state not to use. The friction modifiers will cause the clutch to slip to no end. Therefore, use oil designed for motorcycles. I would never use Rotella T4 or T6 either. Even though it has JASO MA on the back, it also has 19 other certifications. An oil with 20 certs is a Jack of all trades, Master of none. No thanks.
I have used Rock Oil fully synthetic oil for my bikes for years: it's superb - no gimmicky changes of brand name or other marketing. This is a small UK company: their reps deliver free of charge in the uk. Castrol, historically, has not been good: in the 1980s, they only made a mineral 10W/40, which they recommended for all bikes - crazy. And they market "new" oils too often. Rock have kept their brand name - Synthesis - for twenty five years. Putoline and Motorex are good - they make a big range of motorcycle oils.
Thanks for the comparison but i find it misleading that yamalube puts a picture of a R1 and a YZF in the pakkage and then says it is not ideal for high performing bikes 🤔
I use maxina in all my atvs, streetbike, and their sport/high performance and also utility. Some have dry and wet clutches. I have never had any clutch slipping or engine fails. But I do keep up with regular maintenance. I know people that swear by rotella T6 but now days it dont have a jaso labeling on jugs. But people still use it with good results. I believe if u change ur oil, grease your machine, change/clean air filters, and keep up with alittle wrench tighting now and then any oil will do. But I personally wont use a car oil in my machines.

Dont use car oil in your bike. @1:50 motor oil is formulated for an engine. Most modern motorcycles have gearboxes that also need to be lubricated by the same oil.
This is a good oil engine for 4stroke.but cannot last for thousand mile..1st thousand mile its a good oil engine..after that engine power and transmision seem like rough sound..
Yes, Motul 7100 is for me one of the worse oils that I have used, was recommended at my local parts shop, but seems they recommend it because it is the one that offers the biggest margin of profits. Going to do half our voyage to get Castrol, it is the same price but the engine becomes more quiet and doesn't burn as much, and the gearbox is a lot smother. Motul never again
Amsoil is the best pure synthetic oil it's the best in any super sport bike hand's down and I put Lucas pure synthetic stabilizer a couple squeezes of that in with the Amsoil it will make your bike so smooth more Torque just amazing stuff.. it's Pricey but worth every penny. And many of these Brand oil don't even have a good API class some have Api SJ that is not for bikes newer than in the late 80 2001 comes to Api SL and My old BMW 2005 requires min SL but now BMW recommend min Api SM for my bike Sorry but this didn´t give me any answer at all. And I am looking for real tests and not like this You have to back it up with data or some kind of lab test. And who is using a old Mineral oil in a modern Street Bike from 2000 and up ? Then you have to change oil every 300 miles or 4-500km becurse it brakes down fast and have problem in high temperature to Viscosity problem at 100 degrees C Low API class = cheap base oil. Now we have API SN Plus but is is little more expensive But at least a API SN oil in my bike
