How to invest in real estate (what I did + my story)

This is my story of how I got into #realestateinvesting . It has been just over 7 years now and I have owned 6 total properties, sold 2 and own 4 with two other partners.
I hope this video helps you in some way or gives you an idea of how to start. I known I started with $25,000 which can be a lot to save up, but you have to make a plan and start somewhere. Maybe instead of buying your single family home to live, buy an investment. That is what I did. I was renting an apartment while investing into real estate.
