@@bfx8185 No, not really. He never said it was a joke in any way. He should have added very quickly " no ,don't ever do that, never assume." Even if it has been sitting months caps can hold a charge for years. Some are dumb or to cheap to add simple bleed off resistors. ALWAYS CHECK.
