Removing broken light bulb with Rubber Band

How to easily remove a broken light bulb.
Use an object with similar diameter as the broken metal part (pen, chapstick, vape) and put one or two rubber bands on the end of it. Then slowly unscrew broken metal part counterclockwise until it comes out!
