I prefer no bake cheesecake, to be honest. For my base I usually use digestive biscuits but have recently changed this to wholemeal. My most recent attempt involved limes and a raspberry glaze- very well received 😃

If I mix canned lemon pie filling with a no-bake cheesecake mix, will it set up properly? I'm looking for a fast & dirty version to make at work.
Boy, did it! I used half and half instead of 2% milk, added about 3/4 cup of canned lemon pie filling, then covered the top with a thin layer of pie filling and then dusted the top with the graham cracker crumbs that came with the mix.
