    Lemon cheese cake without oven
    Cream preparation
    Ingredients
    1. Plain biscuits =200 g
    2. Melted butter = 80 g
    3. Cream cheese = 500 g + half cup sugar
    4. Lemon zest = 2 tbsp
    5. Lemon juice = 20 ml
    6. Vanilla essence = 1 tsp
    7. Wipping cream =2 cups + half cup sugar
    8. Gelatin = 1tbsp + little water
    Instructions
    - Grind the biscuits
    - In the bowl add the grinder biscuit
    - add the melted butter then give it a mix
    - Put the butter paper in the 22cm (8.5inched) cake tin
    - in the cake tin add the biscuit mixture that we made earlier
    - Then press the layer with the spatula
    - then keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes
    - then in the bowl add cream cheese and 1/2cup of sugar. Mix until it’s creamy
    - Add lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla essence and mix it with a spatula. Keep it aside
    - In a bowl add wiping mix it with a beater or whisker for 2 minutes
    - add 1/2 cup of sugar and beat until its thick
    - then add this in the cream cheese mixture then mix it with a spatula
    - then in the small bowl add gelatin and then little bit of warm water and then give it a mix
    - Add 2tbsp of cream mixture in the gelatin bowl and whisk until creamy shape appears
    - then add this in the cream mixture
    - then add this in the cake tin and level it with a spatula
    - then keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes
    Lemon sauce preparation
    Ingredients
    1. Sugar =70 g
    2. Lemon zest =1 tbsp
    3. Eggs = 1 + 1 egg yolk
    4. Lemon juice = 90 ml
    5. Vanila = 1 tsp
    6. Pinch of salt
    7. Butter = 90 g
    8. Gelatin = 1/2 tsp
    Instructions
    - In a pot add the egg and give it a mix
    - add sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice vanilla essence, salt and give it a mix
    - cook on slow flame for 2 minutes
    - when its thick add butter and mix
    - add gelatin and mix
    - cool down at room temperature
    - them stain it in the bowl
    - then apply this on the cake then shake the tin slowly to make it level
    - then keep it in the fridge overnight or for 8-10 hours
    - Then remove the cake from the tin with help of the knife
