The relative heading of the ship and destination make no difference when starting from zero velocity. Easiest way to do this is hit warp, then cycle MWD on then off immediately, the ship may take off off into warp with a sharp turn but at that point you're in warp so it doesn't matter.

Yep, came into the comments to say the same thing. Doesn't matter what your heading is as long as you are at a dead stop, 0.0m/s.

You can also do a cloak + mvd trick. But fit should be different.
