My dad had polio at age 2 in 1912. Somehow he and his brother devised a method of securing him to a pony. Dad told me that riding the pony gave him a sense of freedom. Sometimes other kids would ride with him. It facilitated his acceptance in the group. He would love what you are doing.
@Wailand Karisma - I'm surprised that he doesn't have a "Go Fund Me" page; to organize his efforts into a worldwide org. Great idea to customize toys that increase mobility.
My grandson was just chosen to receive one of your cars. I can thank you ENOUGH for doing this for him. He goes through so much for such a little guy, this will without a doubt be a HUGE bright spot for him. Thank you, thank you and God Bless
Brilliant. Not only does he give the kids cooler, more kid-friendly rides than an electric wheelchair and make these rides much less expensive than an electric wheelchair, but he modifies them in a way that makes the kids exercise their weaker muscles to get the vehicles to respond.
There is a dad that makes super kid friendly chairs that aren't motorized... both of these options are so cool 😎 and i love the simple approach to these problems both have huge pay off for so many kiddos
Electricians built many of these with your instructions and gave them out out to organizations. We did change some of the wiring and came up with some cool changes. I personally worked with young people at an elementary school and we built one and donated it.
20 seconds in and im crying. Just of off how happy I am knowing the new generations of children to come will suffer less and less. To see them get a chance to live as much like their peers. Ugh my heart is melted.
Don't hope, do it! If you can't do it on your own, be part of someone else's thing. Just go up to someone who is doing something you believe in and say these magic words: "I want to help, tell me what to do".
If you can't figure what you can do to help, you can always help contribute to the cause. In this instance, many parents with disabled kids are generally out of funds as the cost of raising these kids is huge. Trying to fund one car a year for a child would be what $200-300 or about $25 a month to contribute. Most people can find an extra $25/month for a cause that they really believe in.
Bless you for helping these children! My son's 22 and has been using the same manuel chair for almost 8 yrs. It's a fight to get him a new one that fits properly, nevermind an electric one. What you're doing will have a long lasting positive effect! God bless
@@jmazz1127 It's mans sin that has caused the fallen world we live in. It was a doctors ego that caused my son brain damage. God has blessed my son richly, just as I know He has many others. God works through people. Just like the guy in this video.
I LOVE THIS I am disabled and NEVER get asked to go anywhere unless it is my daughter who is also disabled. I can still walk with A.F.O.s but can't do stairs.
Beautiful ♡ I'm having a bad day, I'm angry that a simple seat for my special needs son is being sold between $2000 and $995. I am so sad that our community is pushed to relying on fundraisers, charities and government financial support to be able to afford what is necessary for our children and not a luxury. We put our dignity on the line as if life isn't already tough enough. This video melted my heart. I am so happy to see good people selflessly helping our little angels who deserve nothing less but to be just like everyone else. Thank you for doing what you do. ♡
As someone said in the comments... Faith in humanity restored. I can't put it any better. I admit I was seeing the world go to shit. But this shows me there's still that glimmer of hope that mankind isn't completely doomed. Thank you so much. This was so touching to see. It's refreshing to see technology being developed for truly noble purposes like this. Instead of just the cyber toys (that I do love) that serve no real world application. This hits me on so many levels. I'm so happy to know that there are still good people in this world.
Wow what a Giant hearted man this guy should get funding or some rich celebrity should help him it would help so much ,and what a beautiful vision he has for all the children around the world ,it's absolutely gorgeous to see,,❤️⭐❤️
@@blezc1498 do they actually have abilities that other children don't? I'm not trying to insult them, but these children are still disabled even if they did have unique abilities of some sort.
This is wonderful. Such a simple solution that should be invested in. The Dr and everyone involved should be supported. This is the perfect example of what can come from an idea, a need and a dream to help kids be kids no matter what difficulty their bodies face. They all just want to be kids and play. Brilliant. I hope Go Baby Go becomes a force to allow families to enjoy their kids and have resources that will help the families and the kids enjoy what most people take for granted. The freedom to move and play together is so important. This should be and stay available for all families not just those that can afford it. Bless the people who are making a difference. Hugs and love from Australia ❤️❤️🐨❤️❤️😀
Wow!! I’m so impressed & happy to see what this guy created!!! He’s definitely the hero of this story, along with all his associates & helpers! I smiled the entire time, seeing how happy the kids were to get around in such a fun way, in unique & colorful custom cars/vehicles!! By far, this is one of the best RUclips videos I’ve ever seen!!! RUclips needs a special section for teachers, parents, PT’s - features great information like this, that they need to be aware of or to peruse for great ideas!!!
Very good and totally agree with what he is doing! I could see this working with autism also... same issues never getting asked to b-day parties... having freedom to drive around the yard... just little steps. Very nice!
That's awesome! At barely 2 years old my daughter was in a Spica cast for 3 months and struggled to walk like a frog. She could move her legs so we purchased her a regular 3-wheel ride on toy that was meant to be peddled. She was able to very quickly scoot herself around places on the toy. Thankfully, we never faced resistance when taking the toy into shops, but I did point out the cast up to her armpits (under dress) if I saw an employee watching.
Genius. Electric wheel chairs cost thousands of dollars and if you've got a kid with a disability, to keep them mobile over the years it will cost tens of thousands by the time they're adults. This is a truly great idea.
Its sad that as a society we dont care enough about kids to make sure no kid is left uninvited to bday parties. being left out like that causes lifelong anxiety for many kids. Its a failure of the parents and the state to not understand the first years of life are crucial for the lifelong social development of all kids. Is it any wonder many people grow up lacking social skills when they are so neglected as kids.
This is great as it brings a sense of normality and really blurs the able disabled barrier as from a quick glance there isn’t much of a difference visually between the mobility version and the off the shelf version
God bless you! What a good use of your God-given talent! The world needs more ppl like you. You are a breath of fresh air amidst this ugly greedy world that we now live in. Thank you!
Love and joy. Only advice to the man in this video. These power wheels are being used in building on slick floors.. I have 5 kids.... Spray the wheels with a silicone spray. They will grip better and not slip as much. More go time is more fun time☺️☺️☺️

Great idea to customize toys that increase mobility.
He’s funding himself. You think hes selling these cars for free or not getting revenue from his courses and social media status
start a charity, with their permission, in their namesake.

Great idea too, since these ride-on toys are very cheap compared to wheelchairs

Good reminder that not every child is fortunate enough to be told stop running around.
It's so good to know there are such genuinely good people in this world, using creativity and smarts to empower others. Love it.
These kids are so precious and I love how happy they are with their new wheels
How awesome, to take kids from being bound to crutches or unable to move, to being the cool kid who has their own wheels! ❤️

Why not say disabled?
