This is extremely useful, thank you so much! I am not quite sure why so many people in the comments are complaining, The amount of effort that went into making this 2 HOUR video is insane, from translation to recording all the different conversation scenarios, to making all the different animations, and this is all for free?? I can't believe people are complaining ... also I love that you write the polish sentences as well and not only the English translation, it really helps!
If you're still learning Polish, feel free to check our fresh channel as well! We're trying to make learning Polish easy and fun!

It's true. This was a lot of work and it's for free. So many people? You over exaggerate a little bit don't you?😀. But the truth is, that the male speaker does not sound clear. He is very unpleasant to listen to and complicated to understand him. Wether it's the microphone he is using or his voice itself. Not everyone's voice is good to speak in a language audio course. Especially in the Polish language it is extremely important to hear crystal clear how it is spoken. Otherwise you highly likely practice it wrong or can't understand/practice it at all. What's the benefit of "for free", if I learn it the wrong way or can't learn/practice it at all because of a low quality recording or if it's just a chore to listen to? It doesn't mean, that I'm unthankful and it doesn't mean I do not appreciate the work. 🙂
hi ahmed.. are you still having courses ? do you want to make practice together ?
This was extremely helpful. I am a German English teacher learning Polish, I really appreciate this kind of every day-style language learning.
Hello Uwe, I am a French English teacher and I was always curious how the lessons of English look like in Germany because the kids coming for exchange programs speak so well. Could I ask you how a typical lesson of English looks like in Germany ? I also know Polish and am curious to know that there is a German person eager to learn it. Hope to hear from you.
Great video. A tipp to some commentators here: You can use the RUclips 3 dots symbol in the video to slow down the conversation if you have difficulties to follow. Also, it is not required that you can follow every word in a conversation in a foreign language. It is not the point to understand every word that has been said, only to train to get the main information out of it, the keywords to understand roughly what they are talking. Don't be discouraged because you don't understand everything! Your brain will still process subliminally all the infromation and will learn!
Another tip - It'll sound weird at first, but I'll listen to some examples at normal speed, then again at a _faster speed._ I listen at 1x, then 1.5x, then 2x. After the 2x speed(basically impossible for me to understand anything x.x), I slow it back down to normal speed again. At that point, the normal speed feels a lot slower (even though it's still casual conversation speed) and I can understand it better than before '' '
Dziękuję bardzo❤
THanks a lot for these, very high quality animations and pronunciation.
I am an English Teacher myself, and I would like thank you especially for adjusting the pace so perfectly that it doesn't sound too slow to be bored or too fast to be difficult. One of the most efficient listening exercises I've ever encountered.
So helpful! Thank you
Super!!! 👌 Dzięki ♥️
Wow, really cool, thank you that we have the opportunity to listen and then check the subtitles
This is helping me a lot! Dziekuje!

Amazing content! Please keep it up!
this is very useful and thoughtful thank you 😍
I lived and worked in Poland for a short period. I try to keep my basic skills up with these videos, as not many Poles live here and I can't use the language on a daily basis.
So good to read your comment! If you feel like, you could also check our channel to get a grasp of some survival Polish!
@@pociagdopolski5713 thanks, I'll check it!
I follow some Polish vlogs as wellto keep at least a understanding of the language.
I studied Russian for a few years and it helps. Certain words and structures are similar. My Russian is even more limited than my Polish dur to lack of use.
Polish also has German loans that help. It is a very interesting language with a long history and cultural heritage. It is geographically located between different linguistic groups and thus has developed intoa.diverse and rich language with a distinct pronunciation
Those ą, ę, ó, łs are so cool.
very nice and clear, thank you ! :)
Amazing. Exactly what I was looking for.. Been studying polish grammar for over a year but still cant have a basic conversation in Polish.. Im learning so much through these simple repetitive conversations... Keep them coming
Same! I've also been learning Polish for over a year now and can't strike basic conversations yet. Though learning it this way now compared to when I just started learning the language has been easier and not as overwhelming. Good luck to you!
Yes indeed, as many people have commented, excellent practice! The pace of the speaking is very good too, not too slow so that it sounds artificial. This is good listening practice. Bravo!
Dziękuję bardzo
Thank you
Polish Pod is the best way to learn. It cost, but it is a valuable resource.
I appreciate those videos and I wish you made more conversation videos in other languages too bc the conversation videos in other languages are exactly the same dialogues as here so you can´t really use them to learn more than one language
I like the everyday lifestyle setting. This is definitely for me. I just need to find how to adapt it to my time.
Dziękuję bardzo! To bardzo fajne!
Feel free to check our channel as well!
Thanks so much 😊
Very nice!!!
большое спасибо. очень крутой урок)
Отличный учебный курс!!!
this video is the best
Im czech and i understand perfectly
thanks
Exellent prononsation!!!
I’m only here to see how much i can understand because i can speak russian. It went okay, I understood about 45% 😂😭💀
Cixtus It shouldn’t be too hard. The only hard part would probably be the reading and writing since the russian alphabet is a madness 😂 but good luck aye
Gem 💎
I just realized these are exactly the same conversational prompts in the Learn German course and I'm wondering if it'd be easier to pick up German while brushing up on my Polish
It's good, very, very good, so you can study and compare different languages: Spanish, Italian, Polish, German etc. :)

❤️
Great video and effort, but this is not for a beginner. Shorter sentences and slower.
btw. in polish we should use to say "tę książkę" no "tą książkę" bc of "-ę" in the end of "książkę", "dziewczynę", "muchę"".
Thank for the video! It is really helpful. It ia a shame that man's voice is not recorded clearly. Otherwise, it is a very good learning material.
Hello everyone trying to learn polish, what is the most helpful thing you do to learn Polish?
-struggling polish student
Nadal uczę się polskiego ale jeżyk polski bardzo trudne...
RUclips ... Disco polo teskt. Audio stories licho nie nigdy śpi , easy polish, po polsku grims tales
Textbooks polski bez problemu polish tutor ... a ty ?
You can try our channel as well and practice practice practice!
nie tą tylko tę
XD nie spodziewałem się że jest taki kanał o nauce polskiego a już myślałem że nikogo ten język nie obchodzi
XD ja tez
я трохи зрозумів
The thumbnail was clickbait. Got em
Good but there are a few mistakes. For example, 300 zl was translated to 300,000 zloty and the correct printer position should be by the window but instead a green tick is shown for the position by the door.
*prefiero hablar nahùatl*
The worst thing about this and many other Polish learning videos is the English translation. If you don't translate directly what is said in Polish to English then nobody will learn a thing. Too often these videos mistranslate from Polish to What sounds 'NICE' in English or instead to something that they think will make more 'Sense' in English. It's quite patronising to assume an native English speaker wouldn't be able to comprehend a few Jumbled sentences.
Perfect example just gone by..
Gdzie studentka złoży podanie o pracę?
Your Translation..
Which job is the female student going to apply for?
Actual Translation..
Where (is the) student(f) (to)submit (an)application about work?
It doesn't look or sound nice to our eyes and ears but it's more accurate. We get it! You speak differently it's not beyond us we expect that.
If I were a beginner looking at your translation then I would think Gdzie = Which and I wouldn't learn the word for submit or application in Polish because neither are mentioned even though they are both there.
Thanks for this. Literal translations are very important to learn another language otherwise we will learn what is called in england, "pigeon polish"
I speak Russian just wanted to know if I could understand some stuff
It's fast
Idk how this helps. This is for advanced speakers.
if you're a beginner, feel free to check our channel where we teach survival Polish -> basic Polish!
How so? I understood everything and I'm not an advanced speaker.
Not enough time to read the text.
make much louder !!!!!
Turn your volume up you big brained legend.
Polish jokes .
The dialogue is too fast the subtitles are not displayed long enough impossible
Use pause.
Dialogue is too fast? That's the slowest pace I ever heard a polish person speak. I'm a polish native speaker.
Good Job teaching Polish with grammatical errors :D
Huge grammatical fuck up in the very FIRST minute of the video...
"tę?" means "this one?"
"tą?" means "with this one?" (like in "Im going to hit your stupid head with this book for teaching language with errors")
Zanim zaczniecie uczyć kogokolwiek, sami się nauczcie polskiego. (Before you start teaching anyone learn Polish yourselves)
- I'd like to buy a book about cars.
- With this one?
- Yes, with this one.
Imagine if someone else was trying to learn English and in the course there would be "your" instead of "you're". I wouldn't like to be thought errors :/
make the much louder !
speak slower !!
presently this is junk for me !
I had the same problem. But it;s a good exercise to get used to the speed. I just had to pause the video after the phrases to give me time to understand & analize
@@lupitaladechicagovlogs980 which is what I'm doing too, but the constant pausing to read and evaluate breaks the flow up too much. I wished they'd just slowed the pauses between conversational responses and given more time to read. I understand this doesn't happen in a real conversational scenario, but if I could already hear and respond at fast pace in Polish I wouldn't need to be watching this video I'd just watch more films.
just right for me, I find the slower ones boring. Also, people just don't speak 'slowly'.
abc A suggestion: Fast forward to the repeated sentences with subtitles. Pause. Read the sentence in English then in polish. Hit play to hear.
Dude... this is slow Polish, people talk much faster and in real life, and they don’t pronounce things this clearly. Also you can adjust the speed of youtube videos. Click on the settings in the bottom right corner of the video, (where you can adjust the video quality) and choose .75 or .5
