New to oil after trying acrylics. You are the best, concise and your clases are better than in any institute. Thanks for sharing. From Miami ❤

Thank you, Malcolm, for great tips! I have just finished a painting where I deliberately applied all mentioned techniques learnt from you. The more we apply them, the more they become our own. Practice, practice, practice!❣️❣️❣️

Thank you so much . I wish I could find a course nearby with someone like you -- Online is not my favourite way to go 😔 But just maybe 🤔 it could work.

I've struggled with wet over wet for ages and thought a softer brush was the answer! Thank you for this help. ❤

What a nice spacial scene love it!
Just an idea; is there a way to creat a study of a landscape study with as less as possible brushstrokes perhaps? I' m a pragmatic. Off course after the outline of the landscapescene.

Yes there are, for example limiting yourself to a fixed number as a way to use larger brushes and compose with abstract shapes.

Thank you for this nice lesson. Does the transparency of the paint plays a role in this proces too?
