Skullcandy higher ups. If you see this then I've 3 things that I want to say. (1)If you want to make sales with the earbuds/headphones/speakers then let the fans have multiple options then 2 colors in some areas such as Black & Bone for some items. (2)If you want to sell batteries then R&D the rechargable batteries that you sell up to 20,000 & 30,000 charge since certain brands such as Energizer sells 20,000 and 30,000 rechargable batteries right now. (3)If at all possible then sell single port USB A, USB C, or sell both single port USB A and USB C wall adapters since not all devices switched over to USB C.
Try calling Skullcandy to get help with it. If the speaker doesn't work after each time that you try to fix it with an actual person that works for SKullcandy then you might get lucky and be able to (1)get a coupon for the value of the speaker or (2)a clean swap of the broken speaker for a brand new speaker if it's a manufacturing defect.
Simply put I love these speakers. I only have one but am considering a second for the stereo functionality.
