Thank you for this video. I grew up on Balboa Island and most of my family still lives there. My uncle owns J.P.Maxwells and my grandfather owned the Grog Shop long ago and he met many old names like Humphrey Bogart and James Cagney who came to the island for liquor. Our very dear friend Marcy Cook owns the bear house and has a special angel room dedicated to her son who passed back in the 90s from cancer. I honestly lost count of how many bears she has, and my mom is an enabler to her addiction. LOL. Omg, you got my dad talking to people in the front yard. I hope he behaved himself. Her son Jim was standing behind him. She has a warehouse just for all the bears of all seasons. You have great sound in this video. I honestly thought the planes from John Wayne were taking off over me. LOL. A little FYI. Each year during the Christmas Boat Parade one of the boats in the parade will try to take out the pole with the blinking red light not far from Marcy's house. I haven't witnessed it but Marcy has.
Thank you for posting this! It must be nice to see Christmas lights when it is not freezing! I live in NYC we have lights especially in Brooklyn and Queens but its way cold too cold to enjoy! This is great!
