Yard Art On Route 301 in North Carolina

Doug Mattox owns the Southern Style Rod Shop in North Carolina and has a rusty old Ford sedan as yard art to mark its location on Route 301 near Wilson. RIDE-CT recently got the details after first spotting it a couple of years ago.

Now that would be fun… When I drove up this time and saw the car, I thought to myself, "Something is different." When Doug told me he could rotate the car, I knew then that my mind wasn't playing tricks on me.
