Owner of The Lazy River Cafe, Dave Cowan, talks about finding Duckett's Grove approximately 12 years ago and being blown away by the structure. Once bought by Carlow County Council, he was able to set up his cafe in the building. Dave describes how local suppliers and supporting local businesses are a must for him and his business.
