I flew with Turkish Airlines from Istanbul to Prague in June on an A330 and I can totally agree with you, for me it was the best Economy Class flight so far. In my experience better than a Short haul Business Class flight on a German premium Carrier. Your trip report is again very good and keep on flying.

I live in Sweden but I always choose to make my connection flights to Canada in Istanbul so I can fly with Turkish airlines because of their beautiful service and product in overall! 👍🏼🤩

Istanbul is an amazing city to be honest. I visited it for 10 days in July it was fantastic! The weather was amazing. However it was sooooo crowded because it was summer holiday so many tourists were there. If you plan to go, go at a time when it's not summer or winter holidays. Usually during holidays, many businesses tend to increase prices of products alot so that they can receive more money from tourists. But overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely go there again. I recommend you to visit Taksim Square.

You can choose your seat during the booking (for an extra cost depending on your fare) or during check-in. However, you can also choose it at Ryanair during your booking or whenever you log in to your booking for a small fee. Seat reservations are pretty cheap at Ryanair. Only if you do not reserve a seat you get a random seat assigned.
