The comments about Lando looking around with a sad face, reminded me about comments that my Mother made about my last GSP (Derk) and how after college and I set off for my first career, with it's long and only longer hours not conducive to caring for a dog (especially a GSP), he would look into my former room as if hoping that I had snuck in, then minutes later he would come to lay in front of the fire place in her room with a groan. Glad that you said it, I would have followed my dog as well! Yet another excellent video Bravo
Great, always very nice videos of you, especially if the three, are included. I understand you very well, it is always fantastic when the children have found their way, oh yes, we have no other way. Big wishes, so few recipes for the Dutch Stove, oh yes, I am grateful for it.Greetings from Frankfurt. Bleibt gesund ihr alle und passt gut auf euch auf, ich drück euch die Daumen.
The most wonderful educational experience for young people is travel, different cultures and ideas. It’s so great that you see to furthering their educations through the experience of international travel. I learned way more through travel than in four years of college. People are far more alike, than different. But, the cultural ways around the world vary highly. And in that alone is the education.
As always an awesome adventure!!!! Lando is a very special part of the family, glad to see you keeping him busy with runs to help him cope with the kids being gone. Separation anxiety is a real thing for animals that are so close to people. So glad the kids made it safe over the pond! Such an amazing opportunity! That meal looked so amazing!!!! Have a great week!!
Lando in hug mode, squirrel mode and GPS mode today. We have an old dog that we would take hiking and he always knew the way out and he did not have a GPS like I did. Now the poor old boy gets lost in the back of his kennel. He still knows the route out of the yard, down the trail and to the mailbox and back and he is blind. I am amazed always at animals and how much better they are at things than we are. Hope you all stay safe and healthy and the kids enjoy their trip.
Thank you for a beautiful vlog, enjoy yourselves at your cousins wedding and enjoy being empty nesters again my friend. Take care and stay safe from your kiwiNZ famz❤❤❤❤❤❤
I love your video especially moose stew OMG ! I know your going to go on a trip again ! Personally I would love to see more of CANADA it’s a big country and it is so beautiful and safe for travel nowadays we all love you as a family and don’t want any harm to come to you❤️
Gosh how quickly time is going by. It doesn't seem that long ago you were waiting for the lake to freeze over, now it is slowly starting to thaw. Incredible.
How Lando misses the family being whole. Think what he would be like if all of you were gone traveling. I fear he would never be the same dog when you came back. Thanks for the update!
Lando is going to miss that big lake to run on. The moose stew looks delish! I didn't realize the Overlanding series was available, I'm off to check it out...
Hi good evening, I am always looking forwward to watching every episode you upload. Love watching new adventures even just your activities at your home. Love your family and your love for each other.
not sure why you don't use the Ski-Doo to go across that lake in those conditions. You can tow the sleds behind and you'll get more wind protection. Cool machines though and they did the job.
Have not seen or heard from u all in quite some time. Missed ya. Hope everythings been ok. Your video was nice and simple. Finding out the boys are gone at a wedding. So the nest is empty.Hope your daughter has been ok. Bless everyone in the family.see you in the next video.😊
Hi dear Ones, thanks a lot for this new video! But wasn't it a little bit risky to cross the lake with the melting ice with those snow dogs? I would be afraid to break through the ice... But I have to say, here in Germany we do have lakes, but very rare such winters as you have up there in Canada. One day, one single day we had a little bit of snow, the rest has been ugly wet and cold weather, with temps around the upper 30s. So I do have no experience and knowledge with such conditions. And wow, Lando is a great navigator, I wonder how he could navigate through this whiteout conditions! Big compliment, not only for Lando, but for you all! I love to watch your videos, really, I envy you a little bit for this kind of living. Best regards and God bless from Wuppertal, Germany, yours, Wolfgang. 😃👍💫👍👋
You can put the lid back on the stew any time now, or does your perfect photo shot need the steam rising to get a point across. It's like your firewood that you don't cover, because it looks too photo opp...
Greetings from Florida. How are you, dear hearts? It broke my heart to see Lando so sad. That's okay, sweetheart, the kids are coming back soon. The breakdown is coming soon and I'm sure it doesn't happen from one day to another, and also some areas are going to thaw faster, so I have two or three stupid questions, how will you know which area is not safe to cross if it is impossible to see if it's solid or not? Also, in case you need to town, how do you get across when starts thawing? Is someone in charge of keeping you informed about which areas of the lake are not safe to cross by any means? I'm not the most courageous person, and just by watching you guys, Peter, Carol and Lando, crossing when there was only a bit of water and slush on top, I was biting my nails. Sorry, I'm and old worry wart and love you guys! 😊 Please, be safe dear hearts!
Carol can you please message me the recipe for the moose meat you are doing cooking time I want to try it Beautiful sunny day here in Cranbrook all the snow is gone but still lots in the mountains

We agree. They have learned so much through travel and what we called world school. They have become continual learners.
Just follow Lando!
Many cowboys on the prairie lost in a blizzard gave rein to their horse to take them home!

These are good questions. In this case we had to get out before thaw but normally we would just stay in place until we could get a boat in the water.
@@EFRT I feel better now knowing that. Thank you
What year is your home on wheels? And where are you gonna post?
Great video
The Motorhome is 2016
Is that a welding glove you use when cooking in the fire
It’s a bbq glove but yes very similar to a welding glove.
What tripod is it that you have that you cook over the fire with? It is a very nice size and adjustable. Thanks, I enjoy your videos.

Landon needs a buddy to play with.???
Do the kids have their own channel to follow?
The boys channel is called the Adventure Guys. youtube.com/@AdventureGuysOfficial
I saw your lates video and you mention your going to sell the RV . Is it okay to know the price?
We are getting it appraised so, don’t have a price currently.
Oh man, Little Pete. Did you get hurt? Looks like you had some scratches on your face.
Straight Razor shaving. 😆
@@EFRT Yup, that'll do it 😀
I thought you had a washing machine at the cabin? Is Lando smart enough to not running himself ragid??
We have a washing machine that can be used in the summer. Yes Lando will always let us know when he’s tired.

Makes me want to give up ... why do anything if it is always out of reach?
Please don't donate to Goodwill, it is a private for profit business. Instead, donate local to needy.
