    Looking good. I'd fill the seams in hull with body filler and respray it if I was building this one myself but that's just the perfectionist in me.

    Great presentation and video Wayne - the planking derivative is a lot more challenging - half way through that - what about a radio controlled tank like the "Tiger" or "King Tiger" - or get these part works people to do such models - they would be seriously popular....thanks Wayne...

    I think the half way mark is ether right where the hull ends now or in the middle of the last five plates you put on, because if the deck starts to narrow with the next section to add to it then the hull will start coming in as well right.

    Don't know if anyone has asked you this before Wayne but do you plan to put a scale crew on board? Think it would be great to see Captain Lindemann, Admiral Lutjens and Baron Von Mullenhiem Rechberg on deck discussing tactics. Bismarck Looking really awesome now 👍

      I have seen some crew stl files so could do it with my 3d printer but would be best to print them in resin me thinks

    hi wayne, am NOT far behind you in the build then, have received all my backorders now and am currently at issue 31 just waiting on parts 32-35....
    the build is looking good though, and was seriously wondering, if this model would be radio controlled seeing it's got all the lights and moving parts.

    I think this model looks a bit cheap and tacky TBH, I think it needs painting and weathering.

    • @alien8r33d
      @alien8r33d 4 года назад +1

      @glareola I suppose it's a matter of personal taste. In this case, by 'weathering' I mean dark washes, particularly on the decking. When it comes to military vehicles, I am not a fan of models, particularly tanks, that are caked in mud, unless they're to be displayed in a diorama, but I like to see some simple shading, dark washes and perhaps some rust and chipping.
