George, you are such an inspiration to me and I suspect many, many others. I am 71, still skiing relatively aggressively and I feel like I'm 50. When I think about skiing when I'm 100 (or older), I think no way. But watching you just makes me giddy. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I gotta admit this has moved me. I'm 59, and I've been skiing since I was a little kid. 2 years ago I crashed and broke my pelvis skiing. 6 weeks ago I had a hip replacement because of that injury. I was starting to tell myself I should just do something else than ski from now on. You've made me think again. Thanks George!
I’m so glad George is still rockin. I’ve been watching his videos for the last few years and I’ve been waiting patiently for an update. Well here it is and I’m so happy to see him skiing again! Keep enjoying life!
Hi, Mr.Jedenoff. Pls, accept our admiration from the Alpine Masters club of St.Petersburg, Russia. Hope to watch your videos for many years. Personally I'm 70+ and now I see that hard training needed as soon as 30 years are ahead. Thank you for your perfect skiing.
This has brought tears to my eyes! I will download this video and keep it forever as a reminder and motivation. I started skiing when I was 3 years old. Now I am 39. It makes me feel good to know that if I do the right things that you said, I might be like you one day. I wish you many happy years of skiing George. I forwarded this to my dad who is 70. He is a hardcore skier just like you. This video will be a great motivation for him too, I am sure.
@@skiutah Thank you very much! :) We are going to do our best to make it happen. Only if I can make him exercise like Mr. Jedenoff haha. Btw, we both enjoyed skiing in Utah. I visited SLC twice and I skied Park City, Deer Valley and Alta. Beautiful mountains you got there!
We are big fans of George Jedenoff and would like to know how is he doing, and wish him a VERY HAPPY 107 th BIRTHDAY!!❤ YOU ARE A GREAT INSPIRATION, GEORGE! WE WISH YOU ALL THE BEST FOR THIS NEW YEAR!! Warmest regards from Austria 🇦🇹🇱🇷
George, this is just what I was searching for to give me inspiration. I am almost 70, and still trying to keep active with my skiing, and then I see you! Fantastic! I love your technique and had those same exact Salomon rear-entry boots about 30-40 years ago myself - best boot I ever had. My knees, back, etc. still seem good, so I should also do some exercise sets everyday like you to keep in shape. I still love the double-diamonds and hope I do not hurt myself, but will keep at it as long as I can.
A great story about, how to live. Aren't we lucky,to have a chance to hear it from someone, in time when it seems that this type of people are gone from our planet for good!
George You are an inspiration for a sixty year old whipper snapper returning to the snow after life getting in the way What better way is there to keep active and stay positive about life Keep smiling 👍
Wonderfull, Yeahhh Belive in doing your dreams, keep on helping other people and keep take care with training, eating and, sleaping! You be happy and helthy! Congratulations George!!!

This is so beautiful, this is such an amazing inspiration not just for skiers but for everyone. In Jesus Christ name I pray you all have a beautiful life and keep doing your hobbies you have a passion for. Jeremiah 29:11
George took lessons in the early 60’s from Alf Engen, one of the truly great skiers, instructors, and promoters of skiing since the late 1930’s. I believe Alf actually designed the trails at not only Alta, but Snowbird and many other resorts as well.
My wife’s great uncle Short stopped skiing at 90. That became my goal since I am now 66. I just need to do morning stretches to keep limber and not use skiing to get in shape to ski!
OMG to get out and SKI...SKI gawd dammit! CAn you imagine being on those sunny slopes for YEARS to come! Even in powder...I LOVE IT! Man this is all I want to do...add to it though he has the good mountains unlike me back EAST...
Jesus love you, he died on the cross for you, accept him as your lord and savior he can change everything. For God so loved the world that he gave his only son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life" (Jn 3:16" But you must repent too. From that time Jesus went about preaching and saying, Let your hearts be turned from sin, for the kingdom of heaven is near. (Matthew 4:17)'
Hallelujah and turn to Jesus Christ bless u xx don’t get turned by the false churches and Christian’s out there No Harry Potter fiction but the only Truth xx
I feel like problems can overweigh the good at 40 just dealing with bullshit with people and housing and work... When my body gets older... fuck it, I hope I'm dead before then (I'll even take this week...)

I started learning to ski in my mid-50s; I want to be like this bloke. If I can ski that well by the time I'm 60, I will be over the moon.
Alright, dude made me laugh when he said "your plumbing goes bad". What a legend!
You are incredible.
When eight hundred years I reach, ski as good I will not.

WOW is the only word I can think of..
is there an interview where he shares what he eats every day?
His form is quite good- especially on the groomers. It's not just the exercise routine that allows him to ski at 101, it's good technque.

Those skis look good in the crud but on the hard pack? maybe old boards are better.
This guy was in his 20s during World War 2 😳
