If people still like these songs, then at least idea of Rhodesia is still alive. And we willl carry it further, until the moment when idea can be actualized again.

I remember this song being played on radio when I was at boarding school in Bulawayo Rhodesia in the 1970s. It was sung by a young girl.

I still fly the green and white in Australia. Proudly wear it on a lapel pin and also hat badges and bumper stickers. Green and white until the day I die. Rhodesian lives on in my memories.

White people built an incredible civilization ❤
with a stable currency a thriving economy, plenty of industry and agriculture, airports schools, hospitals, universities, railroads, and streets, clean running water, electricity with air conditioning, fully stocked, grocery store shelves plenty of petrol at all the stations no trash on the street, no graffiti on the buildings and then everything crumbled.
    I wonder what happened.

I don't remember this song, but I remember many other of his songs. I am a Brit and the Rhodesian flag is the only one I have taken any personal risks for- and then not too many!

I'm really glad for these forewords, they give such wonderful little insights into the history of the songs. I was especially glad for the explanation of the different flags, it is quite troublesome to track down details on them sans the first and the last.
