I agree, thanks for the motivation. Don't know if it's a thing but would you have a checklist of things that we can do? Like hair, nails, skin etc. and what we can do for those. Also, please share your makeup and hair routine, it looks so natural and clean which is strange cause I have similar skin tone and always thought only white coloured or really dark toned people can have a clean girl look!

@@Cheesecakeduh I would recommend height increasing subliminals, improve your posture, daily stretching, slimmer fitted clothing as opposed to baggy, and losing weight as thinness provides the illusion of height (obviously the last tip is only for if you happen to be overweight)
So I have a question when I start to eat I can't stop like this morning we had a cake and I said I was only eat one slice and I ended up eating so much it's so hard for me to stop eating once I start can you pls give me some tips and you literally explain everything so well tyyy
@@fast_and_curious_core You need to remember that body is smart and has evolved to be incredibly intelligent over time. Your body won't trigger a fullness/satisfaction signalling to the brain because you've had enough calories, it will only give the signal once you give it enough *nutrients*. The moment I stopped binging for good and started giving my body nutrient dense foods (fat, protein, some good carbohydrate sources) then I genuinely had zero incentive to binge or even go near the unhealthy foods that used to keep me up at night. Aim to prioritise nutrients and at the very least, if you insist on eating some cake, then DO NOT let it be the first thing that touches your lips. You first wanna eat your healthy meal and THEN have your cake. This way, not only will you physically be fuller, but your body won't be in a nutrient deficient state, and you won't be giving yourself blood sugar crashes from the spike of insulin. (A blood sugar crash is that feeling of sickness, tiredness, and then food craving that comes soon after having eaten a high sugar and carbohydrate meal) Hope this helps and let me know if you want anything else explained 🫶🏼
