Home Free is so talented. They can do any genre of music. That was so much fun to listen to. Chance loves sea shanties & he wrote this song for the game "Skull & Bones". His deeper voice sounded great for this song. And of course all the background harmonies of the guys including Adam's fabulous vocal percussion. I'm not a gamer but I love this. There is also a shorter live version of this song which sounds great!
Lots going on here, which as others have mentioned, is more apparent in their Live, albeit shorter, version. Tim and Chance's rumbly double bass. Great layering with Adam doing percussion and the 'Skull and Bones' chant. Rob's resonant, operatic vocals are muted down, here, but obvious in the Live. Great power, energy in their performance. Thrilled that the guys are venturing into new territory with this, potentially attracting new fans, opening the door for even more, well-deserved opportunities. Unsure if a record for Home Free but they had well over 100K views of this video in less than 48 hours after it premiered. (A good number of those were mine. 😊) Can't wait for the guys to release their own music video. Hope they donned that pirate-y garb for more than just the Lyrics video thumbnail.

Chance with his perfect low voice for this, Tim Foust's slightly lower voice that goes so well with Chance's. Adam Rupp who also contributes to the bass, but also shows the undisputed beatboxer / vocal percussionist / vocal artist. Austin Brown who also plays a musical part but then gets into it vocally with his powerful voice. And then Rob Lundquist who clearly shows his rich opera voice here. I'm not a gamer but the graphics for this game are incredible. How lucky is Home Free to not only have 5 ultra-talented men in the band but 3 song writers! Chance wrote, sings lead & plays guitar on the song - the harmonies and beatboxing are terrific and the bass in crazy. I've see the live performance - when did Austin take up playing mandolin??

It's so exciting that Ubisoft approached Home Free to write music for the game coming out soon and, of course, who better to write it than Chance! What a fantastic job he did! And all of the guys just crushed this. I usually don't like when they occasionally use instruments, but in this song Chance playing the guitar and Austin playing the mandolin was perfect. I heard Adam brought back the wave sounds and castanets (may be bones rattling together, tho. lol) and I heard cannon fire. Rob and Austin back there just singing the hell out of it and Chance's voice was perfect for a pirate song, and Tim's bass, wow. Great reaction!
