- I have gotten some requests for vegan recipes, so here are 4 vegan school lunchbox ideas. Keep in mind, we are not vegans but we do try to eat meatless meals a few times per week. I hope these give you some new ideas to try.

Awesome that you made a video for vegans even though you aren’t vegan. I’m not fully vegan but I definitely like to incorporate as many plant based options that I can even when I’m still eating meat/cheese.
Same. We do a couple of meatless meals per week already so I think incorporating vegan recipes aren’t as challenging ❤️

As a vegan I really enjoyed this video. I enjoy all your videos. I take inspiration from you a lot and just make it to fit my family's needs but it was really nice to see you accommodating the vegan lifestyle even though you're not vegan. Thank you.
To make the rotis a perfect Circle u neet to first turn the dough into a log and then after cutting them into pieces u need to again turn them into a circle and then roll them out with a rolling pin applying bit of the dry flour. This will make your rotis always a circle and also for the roasting part of the rotis we roast the rotis on the pan and then directly on the flame. Doing this puffs the rotis and make its even more yummy and then we apply ghee(homemade butter) and it's yum like that. What u are preparing is a paratha - applying butter while the roti's on the pan.

Oh, that pasta salad looks soooo good! Can't wait to try it. Also, that's exactly how I make my chickpea curry, only I add a little more tomato paste so it ends up being redder than yours. But otherwise, spot on! So delicious. I love your videos, so inspiring.

After cutting the roti dough in pieces try making each pieces into a ball like u do with meat balls and then roll it flat to get the round shape

excuse me mam but just correcting u not being rude at all as being an Indian just wanted to tell ya that it's not a vegan roti aka roti it's a paratha we apply ghee in roti after it is cooked and in paratha add ghee while cooking thank u .

Cooking (dried) chickpeas and then blending them with some of the hot water and plenty of lemon juice will result in a creamy hummus.
