I do want to play the devil's advocate here, because while yes, the rider was going over the speed limit, and was weaving, the car also DID make an unsafe lane change. Both parties here are at fault, and we dk have to admit that too

When you look at the riders actions in isolation she was still breaking more laws than the driver did, AND her gear and bike were black so no wonder she's invisible flying 2x the speed limit. The girl who was on the highway and slid was going 120 and told the paramedic she was only going 70…. PLEASE don’t lie to paramedics about the speed you were going when you crashed. It affects our ability to properly treat you and could indicate larger internal injuries ! We aren’t going to arrest you for speeding!, Just a PSA stay safe y’all

D.JB.V you are not filtering you are overtaking stationary traffic at far too high a speed, you could well have killed that pedestrian and it would have been your fault. Just because the speed limit is 30 mph doesn't mean you have to do that speed. What would have happened if a bus came round the corner? Your first bike you say, it could be your last riding like that.

2:10 - Wear dark gear, drive a dark bike at 120+MPH on the freeway at night, sorry but you have to accept the consequences of your own actions, at that speed that guy probably would not have even seen ya even if he did look. Then she lies and says the guy swerved jerked to the left and lost control? I don't remember seeing that, I did see him change lanes quickly though.🤔
The thing is she didnt even had Gear on, it was just normal clothing, with Gear almost nothing would have happend.
Also can i just say that i never ever want to have a Crahs in america? The ammount of Poeple who just dont give a damn and just drive even tough they did see you crash, man i do like that not helping is against the law here.
The only reason the car swerved, was because the car infront of them slammed on the brakes. The car avoided an accident and obviously didn't see a motorcycle coming from another lane at 120+ MPH

I wanna say (though I'm unsure) that that is a European highway and the bike uses kph measurement, case in which 130 kph is the regular speed limit on highways for most countries in the EU

2:40 ive actually watch this video. Driver is NOT in the wrong. If you look closely, youll actually see him swerving away from another vehicle braking hard and turning into the shoulder.
Regardless, she was going 117mph at the time of the crash, passed a cop going 90, went well over 120mph multiple times, and performed so many dangerous moves, she was asking for this. I will not blame a 4 wheel for a bikers mistake
Yeah I was about to say. Why is she getting so mad that she crashed even though you can't react fast enough at 120 MPH.. If you are a biker and you think swerving through cars at 120 MPH in the middle of the night is a great idea and then blame it on the person that tried to avoid an accident then you shouldn't even be allowed to be on the road. I hope she send this video to the police and they took away her drivers license because that's just crazy to blame someone else for swerving when you were going ALL OVER THE ROAD AT 120 MPH!!!

if i were that rider i would’ve kept on the gas and went left lane, it was open, she panicked and braked. The moral is that is youre gonna be fast, do it right, or face the consequences! That car though was definitely unfortunate.

Good on that dude and the TROOP in the first video, I was a LEO once upon a time lol and I’m sure he was more than happy to play traffic blocker to get that Maro off that busy highway. If that Camaro would gotten hit it would’ve been triple the amount of paperwork for the LEO so yeah he definitely did the right thing by helping keep traffic off those guys. We need more people in the world like the rider who stopped to help that dude.
That lady saved the day by being a great example of a good human being by stopping to help the female rider. Thank you 🙏🏼 for being a great human being and stopping to check on the downed rider especially since her phone was broken. That female rider was in the area where I used to ride all the time! Those highways are already crazy af especially 75 and 635 but riding that fast is definitely not very smart. I’m not going to say I’ve never done dumb shit like that but I learned my lesson and hope you have too. I used to be literally out that way every Thursday for bike night at High Five Cycles and I saw soooo many terrible accidents involving riders acting a fool trying to impress the other riders.

Look behind you; use mirrors if they are fitted. *When in traffic queues look out for pedestrians crossing between vehicles* and vehicles emerging from junctions or changing lanes. Position yourself so that drivers in front can see you in their mirrors. Additionally, when filtering in slow-moving traffic, *take care and keep your speed low* What an absolute Rodney.

28:30 buddy, there is no "legal speed limit for filtering" in UK. If the traffic is stationary you should be going only as fast as you are able to stop when someone walks out on you like this.
Unfortunately in UK road laws, pedestrians are what I call "holly cows". If you injured her and paramedics were involved you would have a nice police investigation to go through. Trust me, I had two of those holly cows literally run at full speed onto the road and the police was still debating whose fault it was.

11:20 as a truck driver i can confirm he was in the trucks blind spot. None of our mirrors are angled at that point except maybe the hood mirror, which it didnt look like that truck even had equipped. Also trucks are very soundproofed so he likly didnt hear his horn. And above all his mirrors were covered in rain which makes it even harder to see with them.
As I started watching this segment, I already knew what was going to happen. Then, as he sat in that truckers blind spot for what seemed like eternity, it finally happened. Biker should never have put himself in that position for this very reason. He pretty much asked for it.

Its insane to see how people dont realise that they put themself in those situations, here in The Netherlands you get teached when learning for your motorcycle license. Biker just put himself there, was following the van way to close and sticking in that blind spot. Dumbest thing you can do and not even mentioning the poor weather conditions..
29:09 - there’s no such thing as a ‘legal speed for filtering’. Read the Highway Code. You were too fast and too near the cars, for exactly this reason. And yes, you should feel sh** for the abuse, for caring about material over a person YOU HIT WITH YOUR BIKE, and for not checking she was okay (probably scared her half to death). Running late is never an excuse to being a sh** person. But hopefully is a major learning experience, and enjoy your new bike in a safer manner.

2:48 Dont speed and drive between cars. i dont really feel sorry for her. When it is dark it is hard for cars to see how far back you are and how fast you are going and you might think having your highbeam makes it easier for the cars but it does not. with highbeam on they wont even be able to see the contours of the bike and rider they only see a fucking light. if you gonna ride like that in the dark it is safer to have lowbeam on and flash highbeams when approching cars. Also wear proper gear

yeah in those conditions to sit there next to the truck is madness. Sure, the trucker isn't supposed to try and crush you, but you can avoid putting yourself in the crush zone. Even the follow distance to the van in front left me feeling uncomfortable given the weather - vision is compromised, give yourself time and space. (I know I don't always do this as well as I should too, so if the rider sees this you have my utmost sympathy, but also hopefully you can avoid a repeat!)

I'm sorry but it's all the riders fault on the 2nd video, the car made a save lane change, and the speed the rider was going there's no way the driver can tell how fast the rider will approach, both rider were going to fast for the flow of traffic. I look back to change lanes and see nothing but at that rate of speed, they would be up in me within seconds, if a rider loses control, it wouldn't be my fault
I'm sorry but the driver at 2:41 did not do a sudden and unsafe lane change. The biker was doing double the speed limit and found out the hard way. Riders have to obey traffic laws like the rest of us and are not entitled to pass on the shoulder and lane split at 120 MPH.

Bro these motorcycle drivers make me so mad. They always blame shit on others when THEY ARE THE ONES at fault!!! 10:55 Here once again. DON'T DRIVE IN THE BLIND SPOT OF A FREAKING TRUCK.... Are you stupid??? It's raining and you think "yeah let's drive EXACTLY in his blind spot so he won't notice me!" like what??? You blame him for not seeing you but all you had to do was brake and nothing would've happened.. These people shouldn't be driving bikes.

Bikers should stop to think about this before you get too frisky with your bird fingers. It alienates car drivers from you and make them hate you. If you are crashed and are down on a lonely road and the only car coming by is someone you, or someone like you, flipped off, guess who won't be stopping to lend aid to you or even calling 911 for you. They'll just look at you and smile as they go by. I've been on two wheels since I was 14 and have gone through 22 bikes of all makes. I'm now 79 and have never found a reason to flip anyone off. Of course, I haven't ridden like you guys do either. That may have something to do with it. Remember this statement for all your days: "Approach, begats response". If you snarl at someone they usually snarl back. Smile and you'll likely get one returned to you.
Bro the girl in the second clip blames the driver for "swerving" in and out of lanes while she is going 124 mph while cutting up in between cars and the whole time she was talking to 911 I was thinking about how police would use the video for evidence and see she was going 120+ through traffic and blames it on other drivers. also the car merged because the car in front of it hit its brakes. AND she said he "lost" control on top of it.

Sometimes I get angry at the stupid biker for playing the victim.
If you are where you are not supposed to be when you are not supposed to be there. That's when shit happens. Some of these riders are stupid and pretty much deserve to be in their situation. I've been riding for 35 years. And plan to continue to ride. But don't cry when someone makes an "illegal lane change" when you're speeding and probably shouldn't have been riding like a jack ass...
I love riding and being stupid. But these guys who speed then almost get wiped out because drivers couldn't see them or realize how fast they were coming up. It's no one's fault but their own
People forgetting that the second person was probably only mad because she was in serious pain, she did just have her skin ripped off by the pavement that'll make you pretty emotional. She was definitely in the wrong but tbf who would be thinking about how fast they were going, when someone turns out, you can't react, and then you get that injured, you'd be mad at the driver too in this specific situation, even if it wasn't their fault.

That 2nd girl was 100% in the wrong. She was going way too fast and swerving in and out of traffic constantly. Then, she had the audacity to lie about it. She's lucky she walked away with her life

He was swerving out of control, as you approached him at one hundred thirty miles an hour. Also, how did it feel getting your jeans scrubbed out of your road rash at the hospital? I bet showers hurt for a couple weeks.
Seems like the only thing that will make these entitled children on bikes is if there were nobody else on the roads. Maybe if they’d take some safety awareness classes they’d learn not to put themselves in these dangerous situations. I’ve been riding 50+ years and avoid these situations.
