The piece for the bearing popped out two metal balls how do I reinsert them to get the impact driver to work it was working and I cleaned it up and they popped out and didn't work again
I haven't had any issues with mine, but if you have registered your tool and applied for the lifetime warranty the charger is covered for life. If they continue to pop I would suggest changing to a different outlet that's not on the same breaker; you maybe experiencing some sort of either faulty outlet which is sending a surge to the charger popping it, or the breaker associated with that circult could be bad and doing the same thing. So retry using different outlet on a different breaker and see what happens, of course this test could take a while. I have mine plugged into a $45 Tripp Lite Isobar 4 surge protector, because these chargers and the batteries have small computers inside with fragile microchips that are very sensitive to surges. The research I did concluded that the Tripp Lite Isobar 4 and 8 are the best ones on the market. I also use these same brand and model protectors for my frig, washer and dryer, and TV why? because they all use computers with microchips.
Where did you get the replacement motor?
Supper!!!
Cant you change the brushes on those?

What's the model number of motor?
Can’t you just get a replacement from the LSA?
You can. But not everybody has their tool registered.
From where you got the motors?
Где такой мотор приобрести можно ?
I've had three 18v battery charges pop and then stop working completely. All Ridgid. Anybody else experience this? Can I fix them?
