The little bits of gold add up

Joe and I head up a gully in search of gold with our metal detectors. This is raw footage with minimal editing and contains no fancy headings or the dreaded music in the background. We wanted to keep everything as natural as we could which means that some of the digs are a bit long and our errors and mess ups are all left in the video. Be patient and join us on the journey. It is worth the effort to watch from start to finish and hopefully it gives you the feeling that you were there with us.

Thanks Trevor. It’s good to be back. Had a bit of an accident twelve months ago that slowed me up for a while but I’m back into it again. Unfortunately I find it harder to count to 10 these days. 9 1/3 is about all I can count to. I need to find bigger gold so that the nuggets don’t drop through the gap lol.

Thank you so much. I enjoyed the whole show. At last I find someone using a sharp pick. Nice to see. angle grinder is easy to keep it sharp too. They might be small but look at the tally at the end and a very enjoyable dig.

It has been a while. Sometimes it’s hard to step behind a camera when there is gold to be found. I reckon there may be a few more trips where I take the time to drag the phone out and share the great scenery with you guys. A few specs of gold is just the icing on the cake.
