Only 2 bars of gold exist on earth, then it's simple that everyone would want that gold but if everyone has 1000 bar and they can get nothing from it, then who would want it, shops will simply decrease the prices to sell them because they're of no use to them.
In Mrbeast's case, if he keeps or gives money, nothing's value is decreasing, because the total amount of money on earth is same and everyone can never get any money even if MrBeast distributes all of his.
