In this video, I gave 100 villagers a creative mode and saw what they would do, villagers built a city, a roller coaster. There was also Villagers vs Pillagers battle, Villagers simulate civilization just like Grox

Villagers have creative mode. But not op (no access to commands) grox can easily take them out

I remember when I did gave villagers tons of beds and food they have breed like crazy to a point they could lag up a Minecraft world but if villagers did have creative and they decided to have a bunch of kids i actually would imagine they would have built a very massive city if not bigger than the cities we have in real life but knowing a Minecraft world is bigger than our earth and so many villagers across the Minecraft world I do think the cities might over lap each other causing the cities to go as far as the eye can see and beyond that
