    Out of nowhere my tv wouldn’t connect to internet, tried everything showed and the only thing that worked was a hard reset. Back to normal now! Thank you!

    After reconnecting the TV power cable, I reset the network settings and the problem was solved

    Man this has happened twice to me, two different Samsung tvs. Tried everything.. done with Samsung from now on

    I’ve tried everything on mine, reset, software update everything but it’s not even bringing up the list of Wi-Fi’s available, all I get is WPS and even that won’t work, it’s baffling me please try and help

      No sorry, I had to send it back to the supplier, it was something to do with the software update that had broken it so unless there’s been a recent update I’m guessing that’s what you’ll have to do sorry

    Nothing works, hard reset, cold boot, unplug for 60 seconds.. notning at all, i dont know what to do

      Same here it works then suddenly decides to not work anymore. Watched youtube on my tv this morning go to a bday party come back and it doesnt work anymore with this dumb code again. Router can connect to everything else

      I haven't watched the video but I went to settings > network> reset, however unplugging the TV, resetting the smart hub didn't work for me.

    I can connect to my iMac (in my room) and my phone through my internet. But my Samsung smart tv won’t pick up my internet in my room. It picks up my neighbors internet but mine doesn’t show up! Help!!
