This is my 2nd take. Recorded in Audacity on my AT2020 mic, filmed on my Canon Vixia camera and synched up in Adobe Premiere. That's it. No comping, tuning, or video cuts. (Though I will admit, I DID switch out one tiny bit of the audio from the first take because I forgot the lyrics... Can you guess where? ;-)

HELLO DDR's (Dedicated Description Readers)!
Just got back from Mississipi with Nate. We had a total blast and got some great feedback from at least one of our videos! We're kinda going through a bit of an experimental phase right now since we're both gonna be living together in LA next year and we need to figure out how the heck we're gonna afford to live in LA. X'D
OMG I held a baby Sugar-Glider at the Pima County Fair today and it was SOOO CUTE AND NOW I WANT ONE!! But they're really expensive... BUT I WANT ONE!!
Speaking of expensive, I have a new interest and I kind of hate myself for it, but...
I really wanna buy an airplane... Specifically a KitFox S7 STi. I would build it myself, but turns out it's more affordable to buy them used. I do have a few limitations, though...
1. I don't have a hanger.
2. I don't have a runway.
3. I don't actually have my Private Pilots license yet... ^^;
Sure, I fly paramotor, and I have several hours at the yoke of my dads old Cessna 172, but I haven't actually gone through the $10,000 process of getting the official dang license,! Which means it would technically be illegal for me to fly my own plane... Even if I know how to do it. XP
So I guess this is more of a long-term goal, but yeah.. All the more motivation to make more money!
Let's see, Easter egg, Easter egg.... OH! Since we were talking about animals earlier, here's a video from 5 years ago when I was in the Navy! Me and a buddy went exploring in the jungles of Malaysia when we stumbled upon a group of Macaque monkies! I was a bit scared at first because I know they can be territorial and have a nasty bite, but they were very friendly and, after about 20 minutes of them getting used to us, we shot this video: • Monkeys in Malaysia

I love Treasure Planet! Last year I found out that people didn't like it and I was so confused because when I first saw it it was incredible
Cillian Hickey As far as I know it was poorly advertised, especially in the US. So it wasn't the movie's fault, Disney just didn't believe in its success.

Same, I loved it so much as a kid and finding out some people don't know it or that it is underated confused me. How can they not love such a masterpiece?!!
It was overpowered by Lilo and Stitch unfortunately, which I think was released earlier that year.
They were also working on a sequel but it was eventually scrapped (story premise seemed good but we all know how most Disney sequels are lol). Treasure Planet definitely deserved a lot more.

i dont get why this movie was such a flop, it was one of my favorite movies as a kid and i still love it as an adult. The same applies to Titan AE, they both had amazing soundtracks too
He doesn't upload alot..But when he does it's not waste, every second is amazing when he is singing. He is underrated. I love him, he's awesome.

Treasure Planet is still one of my favorite movies. I introduced it to my daughter who's 2 years old a few months back, she loved it so much that it's all she wanted to watch for a while. I was happy, she kept asking for "Jim" before she finally started to calling it "Treasure Planet." Even years of not watching the movie, this song has been with me.
I thought nobody knew about this song, which is sad because It is my favourite Disney film and my favourite Disney song :(... Thanks

I haven't seen Treasure Planet in a very very long time and I had no idea about this song, shows what I know about being a giant Disnerd. Maybe you'll cover On My Way from Brother Bear or something from Prince of Egypt or a certain song about kissing sung by a Jamaican crab, idk its not that good. It makes me so happy to know that other people treasure (no pun intended) this film like I do. It represented so much to me as a child and helped me become the person I am today. I felt like Jim in so many ways, a social outcast and feeling like all I did was let people down, just craving to be a someone and something. I used to watch this film with my dad when I was younger, it was his favourite film, he ended his life when I was 7 and I just related to Jim more and more every time I watched it. This song will always be precious to me. Thank you for this Gabriel. It’s a cracking cover and you do the original justice. I think you’d really pull off other Goo Goo Dolls songs too.
