- 1kg of chicken feet
- One onion
- 1 slice of green onion
- 4 cheongyang peppers
- A small bowl of bean sprouts
marinade
- Red pepper paste 3
- Red pepper powder 3
- 1 slice of minced green onion
- 1 minced garlic
- 1 minced ginger
- Deep soy sauce 1
- 1/2 of the flavored salt
- Half again
- Sugar three
- 1/2 of pepper
- Oyster sauce 1
- Cooking wine 5
- Oligosaccharide 5
How to make
1) Frozen chicken feet defrost with cold water.
2) Blanch bean sprouts and wash them with cold water.
3) Dissolve soybean paste in boiling water and boil chicken feet once. (Until the water boils)
4) Stir-fry the sauce first and add water until the chicken feet are slightly submerged.
5) Add chicken feet, cook, and add onions.
6) If you can't see the onions, add bean sprouts and hot pepper and mix them well
※ If you add bean sprouts and keep boiling, the water comes out of the bean sprouts, making it bland and less crunchy
