I agree with you! I power my hole house with junk yard EV batteries :D takes some knowledge to put together but not to much :D

Correct - there's a very boyant market in used EV batteries, including the literally dozens of battery recycling companies (just do an internet serch for EV battery recycling) - the highly purified chemicals are far too valuable to discard!
